Barbara Schnake Psychology provides psychological therapy services delivered by a registered psychologist. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to individual needs; outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
A formal diagnosis is not required to access therapy. Services are provided using a transdiagnostic approach, focusing on underlying patterns, experiences, and goals rather than diagnostic labels alone.
