About This Service

I work with adults experiencing depression, depressive symptoms, grief, and related emotional challenges. Within a warm and collaborative therapeutic space, I draw on EMDR, CBT, and systemic relational approaches to address the underlying patterns contributing to distress — rather than focusing on symptoms alone.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 business hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment - Missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
