Service Description
I offer therapy focused on self-esteem, self-worth, and identity exploration, supporting you to understand where self-doubt comes from and to develop a stronger, more compassionate relationship with yourself. My approach integrates EMDR, CBT, and systemic relational frameworks, while also drawing on aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), such as values clarification and building psychological flexibility. Therapy focuses on underlying patterns and experiences, supporting meaningful and lasting change within a warm and supportive therapeutic space.
Cancellation Policy
Billing and Cancellation Policy By signing the Client Consent Form, you acknowledge responsibility for payment of all services provided. received by you. Fee: $220 per 50-minute session Rebates: Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan may receive a Medicare rebate of $98.85 for up to 10 sessions annually. Cancellations: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur the full session fee. To cancel or reschedule a session, please notify the clinician by email at ps.barbaraschnake@gmail.com. Ongoing appointments may be reviewed after two cancellations. Irregular attendance may result in the discontinuation of therapy arrangements.
